Hi, I'm Dave Savage from Rochester, NY. I am currently looking to start flipping houses to build capital for buy and hold purchases of MFH. I have previously flipped one house, and managed a number of SFHs for family in the Rochester area but looking to get more aggressive with my personal investing.
