I'm 31. Live in the Kansas City area. Make around 40k. Have around 7k in savings. I work in construction. I am an experienced drywall finisher. I'm mainly interested in getting into a flip or house hack and am working on saving and researching.
I've been researching like crazy. I'm going to be poking around this site and I'm sure there is a ton of information to be had but figured I'd introduce myself and open up an opportunity to be probed if anyone wants to ask/teach me anything. I'll keep an eye on this post!
