New Real Estate Investor
Excited to be apart of this community! Currently located in Anchorage AK for the next few years and looking for a few people in the area to connect with. I'm very new to the investing scene and very excited to get started. I've started soaking in as much information I possibly can but I'm also actively looking for my first deal. I'm mostly concentrating on small multifamily homes as rental income with the intention of holding them. Also looking for book recommendations! I finished "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and the "The Beginners Guide to Real Estate Investing".
