I’m currently a full time IT Manager. My wife and I are preparing for a journey into real estate investing by saving for our first down payment. We’re probably 8 months or so out from the point where we’ll be ready. We’re looking to generate passive income long term that will provide for some financial freedom from the “rat race.”
In the meantime, we’re reading and researching and will be developing a business plan in that time period.
Interested in networking with any locals as well on here. We’re excited to start this journey!
