Introduction - New Member - Broker, Owner/Operator, Investor
Hi all, my name is Eric and I am currently working as a commercial real estate broker out of Rochester, NY. I am originally from New York City, born and raised, having spent almost 30 years of my life in the Big Apple. Prior to commercial brokerage, I worked with an owner/operator family office for 8+ years focusing on asset management as well as buying/selling activities, primarily multifamily. I currently own and manage a medium-sized portfolio comprised of multifamily and retail properties. I hold a masters degree in real estate, specializing in real estate finance and investment from New York University (Schack Institute of Real Estate).
