New to BP and Househacking

Hello everyone, I am new to this community, I am interested in househacking. I was wondering if anyone here is from Atlanta, as I’m located in the area. I was also wondering which areas of Atlanta are good to start househacking

I am also located in the Atlanta area and looking to house hack! While I am keeping my scope fairly broad since the Atlanta area is very hyperlocal, I really like Norcross/Lilburn and South Atlanta (down to Union City).
