Investor in Oregon! Dying to learn!
Hi there! I'm fairly new to all this and my profile tells a lot about me. I stumbled upon BP as I've been trying to fully educate myself in order to make myself as effective as possible in the real estate world. I've been learning a ton and hoping to make my first deal soon! Interested mostly in BRRRRs but eventually would like to try out a couple flips and of course long term holds. In it for the long run. Money isn't usually made overnight so I'm looking to be as smart as I can so my family benefits from it.
