How do you get over that first initial fear?

I cant seem to take the first step. I know how and im not shy but for some reason I just cant take that first step.

My opinion is that it is about the money.  Have you actually talked to a lender and got a preapproval? Once the “money” (preapproval) is in hand youll feel confident to offer on a deal.
