Newbie in Northern New Jersey
Hello everyone. My name is Gerardo and I'm just getting started with real estate investing. I happen to find bigger pockets when trying to find ways to build passive income. I had thought about real estate for quite some time and bought a townhouse about a year ago once I felt I had saved enough. Now I'm trying to figure out how to build wealth for my wife and I but don't know what to do.
Is selling my home and using the money for another purchase or trying to get a second loan from bank, options?
