Newbie from Ireland investing in Poland
Welcome everyone, Marcin here. Living in Dublin, Ireland - investing in Szczecin, Poland (I was born there). My background is tech and over past years I have built few startups. Extra cash started to build up so I need to use it in a smart way. About year ago I started to educate myself in investing in rental properties. In September 2019 I have purchased my first "test the water" property in Szczecin, Poland. Two bed appartment. It is now rented for 3 months. Later this year I plan to buy 2 more appartments there. My first target is 10 properties within next 5 years. I am excited to be part of the BiggerPockets community. I am blowned away with the amount of expertise here. Looking forward sharing my learnings and experience.
