New Investor, Boston MA
My name is Nolan Cornu and I'm from Boston MA. I first started in RE my senior year of college. I worked as an agent for a commercial real estate firm. I graduated from college May of 2019 and have been working in construction for a general contractor out of Boston. While I enjoy my job, I do not want to be running around construction sites for the next 30 years! With that being said I've decided to use real estate as a vehicle towards early retirement and financial freedom.
My wife and I recently purchased an STR in Panama City Beach FL. I'd love to connect with people who have experience with this market, AIRBNB, and STR's in general. Right now my short-term goals include running this first STR efficiently and expanding my portfolio along with my knowledge. My long term goals include running my own business and working as much, or as little, as I see fit.
