Hello BP, I'm a new investor located in Pasco Wa (Tri Cities). I currently have offers out on fix and flip properties in my area and working to build my relationships with other local investors. I'm interested in information on local meet ups with other BP members and experienced investors. Intrested in multifamily and out of state investing mainly the Dayton Ohio area and beyond.
