Newbie in Marietta, Georgia
Hello BP Fam!!! Hope everyone is doing great this evening. My name is Jasmine. I'm originally from Riverside, California. I moved to Georgia about 10 years ago and am currently residing in Marietta, Georgia. I am a newbie in the REI world. I am super excited about beginning this journey and looking to absorb as much information as possible in order to get the ball rolling! My goal this year is to do at least 2 deals by the end of the year. Yes, I know I'm shooting pretty far, but why not, right?! I'm looking for any experienced Real Estate Investors, specifically those who are actively specializing in multi-family units with Seller Financing. I would love to be a fly on the wall, if anyone in my local area is willing to allow a "Deal Ride Along".
