New investor looking in Baltimore
Hello all,
Long time reader but first time poster here. My wife and I are looking for rental properties in md. We currently live in Frederick, but we are exploring Baltimore due to the strong rental market and low buy in. We currently have capital and plan on using the BRRRR method to acquire properties.
We still have a ton of research to do, but I’m hoping someone has a realtor they could recommend that handles Baltimore exclusively and works with RE investors or has properties themselves. I greatly appreciate any and all help.
