New to investing - looking for consulting!

Hello, all!

Long time lurker, reader and listener here. I've finally decided to jump into investing. I think I've negotiated a good deal on my first property, which is a fourplex in New York State. I'm hoping to find someone that I could pay for a couple hours of consulting (apologies in advance if this is the wrong place). My hope is to have this person:

- Put a quick eye over the numbers I've run on this property

- Provide a little guidance on how to secure financing (financing a fourplex has proven .. more difficult than anticipated) with this property, at the moment, being my primary residence

- Provide some input on preparing a responsible contract to purchase a property privately, without an agent
