My name is Ben and I am relatively new to the site. I am looking to network with folks to gain knowledge and avoid mistakes. I've been investing for about a year - I have 2 turnkey properties in Birmingham, AL. It's been good, but I'm looking to get into flipping in San Antonio Area.  I looking for 3/2s in north central San Antonio.  Looking to connect with wholesalers, investors, and flippers.

Just be careful with the large groups that say they wholesale 20 or 30 "off market" deals every month. They tend to make everything look so good with their marketing packages that are mostly lies. Dont let their short timeframe cause you to make a bad decision.
