Hi BiggerPockets,
My wife and I hold 2 long term investment properties here in Ontario, Canada and are exploring purchasing a STR in the South someplace. We have a lot to learn but I have been browsing the BiggerPockets forums and...wow there is a lot of information here. I've learned a ton already. About 2 weeks ago I knew nothing about STR's in the US. I got on "The Google" and found this place and haven't looked back.
Well...off to read somemore!

Try to look for a local meetup to connect with people who are doing the same as you! I promises you will learn even more!
And maybe you can find partners, mentor, etc.
