Trying to get feedback on getting back into the No CA Market
Hi, love bigger pockets !! I want to dive in. We are in Northern California. We got into the housing crisis of 2008, left it and now are in rental crazy!! It’s eating any savings! We have looked at house hacking, multi family units possibly. However, we are a family of five. There are no more no more no down options anymore. Any suggestions ?!
