Hello to all,

My name is Corey Manson. I no nothing about real estate however, I am ready for any and all advice. I am 30yrs old and am assuming I am getting a late start but would like to start nonetheless.  I find myself here after the mention of it in Ch.2 of “The Book On Rental Property Investing”.

My family and I will be moving to Arizona(Tempe Area) in April as my military contract will be coming to an end. I wanted to see if anyone could shed some light on the possibility of using the VA loan to my advantage. I have been told that I can not use it solely for a rental property however after a year of living in the property I can rent it out.

Thank you for reading and feel free to give me whatever info you see fit.

I work with a great lender who is well-versed on VA loans. Let me know if you'd like me to DM his contact info!
