Hi, I'm new to BP with initial contact being @Ashley Hamilton 's podcast on youtube! I inherited a stake in a property here in california, so I understand a tiny bit of the business but will be reading voraciously to try and make up for my ignorance. I have experience handling contractors, some mobile homes and a bit of experience DIYing repairs.
I'm interested in long distance real estate investing, house hacking, small multifamily locally in Norcal and possibly note investing.
I'm a Fuel Hauling Truck driver who works on average 60 hours per week and commutes 12 hours per week. My goal is for real estate to permit me to scale that back through house hacking and income replacement. I look forward to my discussions with all of you!
