New member in West Kentucky
Hello everyone. I am completely new to the idea of owning rental properties. I am a professional mariner and I have too few days at home. I am looking to transition into a more relaxed way of life.
My preliminary plan is to start with a few single family rentals in the Murray area and paying them off completely. From there, I would like to move into multi family rentals.
I look forward to meeting anyone in the area with similar interests.
