Newbie here from Michigan
Hi my name is James I live in pentwater Michigan and am looking to start buying complex and renting them out or buying a home and flipping it. I’ve own 2 homes first own I had for year and sold it got 8k in Equity, then bought another house (still own and renting) and I’ve own this house since 2018 and so far am about 30k in equity, both of these houses I bought are in Tucson Az ... can anyone give me advice if you see where and what am trying to do in this field... any advice be great.
