New Investor Intro
Hey Folks - my name is Adam Roberts, and I'm new to the world of real estate investing after spending the first 8 years of my young career working in the aerospace industry (manufacturing). After realizing that working inside of Corporate America would not allow me to live life to full potential I am turning to real estate asset-building to ensure a better future, lifestyle, etc. Besides, there seems to be a lot more excitement in the REI market..!!
As for the types of investing/strategies - I would like to have a mix of holds for cash flow and rehabs/flips to build cash and buying power. I am also intrigued by the strategies behind pre-foreclosure as well, but it seems to be an advanced activity. I'm currently in the Los Angeles area (Yorba Linda specifically), and looking for oppty in LA, OC, SD.
After reading thru these forums for a few weeks I'm glad to be here and among some very knowledgeable investors. Look forward to networking!
