Hello,

MY name is Adam. Newbie RE investor. I'm an Engineer from upstate NY area, looking to invest a bit in some rehab re-sale, and rental holds. I currently own two rental properties (a duplex and a single family), but want to jump in a bit deeper with some rehabs.
