New Member from Boise, Idaho
Hi All,
Relocated from Chicago to Boise Summer 2019. I'm very curious about the general market in Boise and the surrounding metro; mainly relating to 2-4 unit multifamily properties. Went to my first meetup group last week and that alone got me pretty pumped.
Additionally, I've also been looking into participating as an investor via private or hard money lending, but I'm still trying to wrap my head around that. I wouldn't be opening up my own shop, but instead work with a private lender to get me access to those needing funding. I'm super interested in this avenue and I really never considered it until a few weeks ago..
