Closed First Deal Today!

Closed my first deal today!  Property manager is in place and will listed for rent Monday, hopefully will have a tenant by 3/1 if all goes well.

While the search for a tenant is underway, I am looking for a turnkey partner.  I am in Chicagoland, but am open to investing in other locations including Memphis, Quad Cities, and Indianapolis.  Really anywhere is an option if the numbers are right.  Targeting to purchase my next property in about 90 days.  Generally looking for 3/2 fully renovated and ready for renters.  Hoping to network to find the right turnkey partner.

I have 4 basic requirements for a rental.  It must be safe, clean, durable, and look good.  Any leads are appreciated!

Congrats. I also like quad cities closing on an 8 plex in Davenport soon.
