Newbie to REI in Norcal Area (Redding)
Hello everyone my name is Justin and I am new to real estate investing. I live in the Nor Cal area (Redding). I have been learning as much as I can about REI over the last few months with intentions of investing in real estate, both SF and MF properties in the next 6 months or so.
