Tired landlord cold calling
Okay.. I have looked all over to get help with my question and haven’t seen anything that can exactly help me.. so I already have a list of leads with numbers/ names/ address my thing is when cold calling a landlord that is going through an eviction what am I asking them? What would that call sound like? I know there isn’t a perfect “script” but what are some of the key points you are saying/ hitting when calling a tired landlord lead? Help!
