Calgary, AB Based Newbie

My name is Alex and I'm a new real estate investor based out of Calgary, Alberta. I currently own and occupy a two bedroom townhouse but hope to gain more financial freedom through upsizing to a larger property, House Hacking, BRRRRing and using a buy and hold strategy.
