Newbie from South Carolina
Hey Everyone, I'm Floyd from Upstate South Carolina and I'm excited to be a member of BP! I'm a musician (guitar) and enjoy church, meeting new people, roller skating, family and watching my children grow. I'm new to REI as of September 2012 but it's something I've been wanting to learn for a long time. I'm looking to become efficient in wholesaling, Rehabbing, REO's and by this time next year I want to have passive income from single family rental & multiple family rentals. I'm hoping as I become successful in REI, I can be a blessing to others in need and pay it forward to someone coming up in the ranks of REI. I'm looking hoping to virtually meeting many of you and move from Newbie to Seasoned. ttyl
