Hello! From Denver, Colorado

Hello! I've been listening to the podcast for awhile now with my husband and decided to dive into the website to expand my knowledge and connections. I am originally from Boulder, Colorado and am a licensed Realtor in the Denver Metro Area here in Colorado. 

Apart from that I also own a single-family long term rental investment property in Northern Colorado and have been self-managing that for a little over a year. It started as our primary residence and when we decided we needed more space, we kept it as a rental and bought the house we are in now. 

My husband and I are currently looking to acquire more property in an area where there is more cash flow opportunity. We are particularly interested in the Cleveland, Ohio area and I am open to suggestions from others who have experience in that area or have suggestions for better areas. 

I look forward to connecting with everyone and can't wait to learn more!
