Newbie wholesaler from Michigan
Hi! I’m Briana. I’m a new wholesaler in Belleville, MI. I haven’t done a deal yet but hopefully that will change soon. My goal is to create a wholesaling business with the intention to automate so that I can focus on flips and rentals. I plan to also get my RE license. I figure real estate is gonna be a big part of my life going forward, so having it couldn’t hurt. Lol
I found BiggerPockets by watching a million YouTube videos trying to figure out what the heck wholesaling is. I listened to a few podcasts, watched a bunch of his YouTube videos and eventually decided to take my stalking up a notch and get involved with the BP website AND buy a couple of his books on Audible..
Anywho, so far I think the whole BP company is probably the greatest thing since sliced bread for anyone involved (or wanting to be involved) in real estate and just happy to be aboard. 😊
