Hello all, new real estate investor looking to use wholesaling as my way in, is there a REIA in the Hampton-Roads, Virginia area? I figured this is where i will build my cash buyer list. Thanks for the help!

Hi @Jumaani Cooper - Check out the Tidewater Real Estate Investors Group - Meets in VB the third Tues of the month in the evening. Peninsula Real Estate Investors Group - meets the second Thurs of the month in the evening.  Hampton Roads Landlord Assoc - Meets the first Wed of the month for a lunch and Learn. All are easily found with a google search.
