I'm interested in long-distance BRRRRing. I have been looking for local lending in the meantime as well. I'm still looking for a market to invest in. Any advice would be appreciated.
Welcome to BiggerPockets! Truly nice to meet you. Good luck going forward! Hope the best for you going forward in 2020 in long-distance BRRRRing!! I wish the best for you in your quest.
@David Greene and @Brandon Turner has some good ones.
@Anthoney Hanks Nice to meet you too! I also live in TX, Austin to be exact. You may know the market is Austin is crazy. That's why I'm looking out of my area. :)
@Supada L. - Keep in mind the Austin market may seem crazy, and for those seeking to maximize positive cash flow it certainly is but those looking to maximize return on investment, there are few cities if any that can beat it. That is why it is rated by 83 of 100 top economists as the top city to invest in for 2020 (Zillow article). But if you need the cash flow then yes, there are better places to invest, like the Midwest.
@Dan Burstain Thanks for the advice. Yes. My goal is to increase my cash flow so that if I can have some security for a rainy day. :)
