My name is Rolando, I am 28 years old. I started listening to BiggerPockets podcast in October. I am planning on house hacking. I already saved enough for a down payment, and been pre approved. I am currently in the process of finding a real estate agent. My goal is to find a duplex within 6 months. My long term goal is to have enough passive income to cover my expenses.
