Hoping to diversify from my primary business (Home Inspection Company) purchase my first property in approximately 18 months, and think BP seems to be a great community to begin educating myself.
Interested in a combination of buy and hold single family rentals along with fix and flips. Hoping to eventually work my way up to multi-family and commercial for buy and hold.
