Hey, My name is Eric, and I'm operating and living in Northern Minnesota. I did my first purchase back in May on a commercial property in Downtown Bemidji, MN.
It is going well, although I have a continuing stream of questions. Prior to Real Estate I was interested primarily in Stocks.
Looking forward to whatever the next property maybe, but I don't have any current prospects.
My goals are to increase my understanding of a real estate law, building codes, taxes, well everything.
