Happy New Year everyone!

I've been interested in real estate for many years now but have decided recently to really start learning. I don't have any properties yet but am interested in buy and hold multifamily properties and look forward to taking the big step next year or so.

I found Bigger Pockets through RealEstateInYourTwenties.com (thanks Brandon Turner!) and am so excited about all of the information and resources here.

I look forward to getting to know everyone and learning as much as I can.
