New investor from orange county ny
hey bigger pockets community, Just came across the podcast few months ago. Soaking in as much info as i can. But i feel like i need to get started on something. Goal is to find multi family rentals out of state. But still in traveling distance. So most likely ohio. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Going start reading the long distance investing book tomorrow. Thanks in advance
