Hello BP! New member from Western WA
Greetings BP members - I have been listening to BP RE podcast for some time and have dabbled in a few RE deals over the years but never really focused on what I wanted and what my goals were. Joining the community has encouraged my wife and I to really break down what it is we want from REI and what we want out of it. Our goal is super original - financial freedom!
We are looking at using the BRRR strategy to invest in multi-family rental properties. We have some experience with new construction and some experience with rehab (check out profile for more info). I would love to connect with any local investors (especially on the Kitsap Peninsula) and get to know of what REI groups exist in the area.
