Newbie just saying hi
Hello all. I just wanted to introduce myself and hi. I am located in Indianapolis, IN. I am completely new to the forums and real estate investing in general. I would really like to start off with a few rental properties and go from there. Currently, I am reading "Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat" (BRRRR) by David Greene. This appears to be the main strategy I will be using when I eventually start buying properties. Hopefully this will be in the next months. Thank you for taking to read and hello to everybody
