New BP Member From Tacoma, WA
My Name is Dan Nelsen. Im 29 years old located in Tacoma WA. I wanted to introduce myself. Im a sheetmetal construction worker in Seattle. As you may have guessed its not what I want to do forever. Last year a read "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and it changed everything for me. I recently made networked with people who know real estate and could point me in the right direction. Im currently trying to learn wholesaling from a local investor. Starting with driving for dollars. I would eventually like to become a broker here in Washington. I would love to get in touch with like minded people in my area or go to any nearby meet ups. I was turned onto BP by the investor I'm working with. Im always trying to learn so I've crammed 100 episodes of the podcast in the last 2 1/2 weeks just listening while at work and try to take notes.
