Hello Bigger Pockets family my name is Danyele I have not been on here in awhile. I am done with excuses and am ready to roll up my sleeves and get in the game. I am a newbie like newborn newbie, I have no experience in real estate( I worked as a real estate assistant for a short while but I was going to school for real estate and the hours just didnt work out) I have horrible credit.  What I do have is determination, time, confidence and the will to learn. I am on a fixed income right now and I am looking to start a partnership with someone. I am interested in wholesales, short sales, land, positive cash flow. I would love to work under someone in these fields and/or the wisdom in these fields. I am very good a costumer service I am very good at clerical and receptionist work I will be more than happy to work for free in return to be taught about real estate. I have recently become a single parent with 5 boys I can't let them down. I am a hard worker and learn quickly I am looking for someone to give me a chance. Thank you
