Been listening to the podcasts and watching the webinars for awhile and I am ready to start taking some action. I will be investing with my brother who owns two duplexes in the Columbus Ohio area. I paid for the Pro membership for access to all the great resources especially the calculators. I plan to analyze deals daily to become super strong in that aspect of the deal.

@Robert Ellis I'm not sure of the exact address of my brothers duplexes but he lives in Reynoldsburg. I believe his properties are relatively close to where he lives. Columbus looks like there are many BRRRR potential properties.
