Hello everyone! I'm new to BP, and also new to the Southern California area.
I've been working as a Hard Money Lender and doing Fix and Flip properties for several years in other parts of the country, but would appreciate some local knowledge on the SoCal area, and would like to work with some Investors in the area too.
If you could share your experiences that would be great!
