School teacher moving to Glendale, Az in August.
Hello All,
My name is J.Woods, I am a highschool teacher. I am moving to Glendale, Az in August, my wife is in the Air Force and has orders to Luke AFB. I am looking jump head first into the real estate when we move out there, I have just been educating myself on real estate investing and will continue to do so until we leave. I am looking to purchase single family homes, which I plan on renting out. Any information from any investors in the are will be greatly appreciated.
