Charlotte NC (HELOCs)

Lynn Anthony
Posted

I am a newbie looking to get a HELOC through a local bank in Charlotte, NC that is willing to work with investors. Unfortunately, all the local real estate meetups have been cancelled due to the pandemic so I thought I would try on BP. have reached out to the major banks and a couple credit unions so far. Any suggestions?

Thanks for bringing that up, @Jaysen Medhurst, as my longer lender list is full of non-qm holes.
