Hello everyone!

I am looking to make my first deal as an investor. Right now, I'm still learning everything there is to know about buy and hold (BRRRR). I want to know is it a good idea to invest in an organization that provides classes to teach real estate and provides a community for networking with already professional investors?

@Marcus Koonce nah dude, there’s so many free resources out there. If you want to network, go to free meetups. Listening to every BP podcast was better than any book I’ve read or lecture on real estate that I’ve been to
