New to Real Estate, from Wheeling, WV!

Hi BiggerPockets Family!

I am new to real estate, have been doing a bunch of research and just recently upgraded to Pro! I am so excited to see where this journey goes.

I am currently based in Wheeling, WV but I grew up in Pittsburgh, PA. I am a recent college graduate and have quickly come to realize that I don’t want to be chained to a desk for the rest of my life...

I have attended a few of Brandon’s webinars over the last few weeks and I have learned SO much! I really love how he calls out how many people are watching it live and says the majority of them currently watching won’t take action. I don’t want to be one of them!

So with that, I’m excited to grow in this community and learn from so many talented individuals while sharing such an awesome interest! I can’t wait to get my feet wet with my first deal (which will hopefully be soon)!

@Jenna Mayeres Hi! Nice to meet you! Since April I have closed on my first property! It’s a duplex in Saint Clairsville and I house hack! Congrats on pursuing the RE license! I plan to do that as well over the next year! If you have any tips or knowledge about real estate in Ohio I’d love to know it!
