Houston Area Investor - Introducing myself
Hello everyone, my name is Kevin Truong, I live in the Houston area, new to real estate but I've started the process, got my Pre-Approval ready start to make some offer in different niche.
Three area that I'm focusing on right now is:
1) Single Family 80-140K - 20% Down Conventional
2) Duplex 200-250K - 15% Down Conventional
3) Tri-Fourplex 350-500K - 5-7% FHA
Following the 1%, 2%, and 50% rules.
